Refunds and cancellation

The introductory fee (₹6): you pay it when you send your registration. If we cannot verify your registration with your State Medical Council, the ₹6 is refunded in full, automatically, to the account you paid from. You do not need to ask.

When the money arrives: the refund is sent as soon as the decision is made; banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show it.

After you are verified: payments are not refundable, except where the law requires, and except that if we fail to provide the service for 7 consecutive days for reasons within our control, we refund the unused summaries of a pack in proportion.

Charged twice, or charged for a payment that failed: write to us with the payment reference and we refund the extra amount in full.

Cancellation: nothing renews on its own and there is no subscription to cancel. You can stop using Kural at any time; every summary you signed stays readable and printable.

Delivery: access opens online, the moment your registration is verified. There are no physical goods.
